Over two floors the property benefits from sea views over the Severn Estuary and private off-road parking. The property is set in a grounds of an 1880 villa with the use of a grassed garden.

The space

The property has been converted to meet building standards. It is fully double glazed, has been fully insulated and benefits from gas central heating.
Both bedrooms are en-suite with new bathroom furniture (shower downstairs and bath with shower upstairs) and there is a separate w.c.
Both bedrooms have 32″ TVs with free view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, grill, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, ample cutlery, glasses, etc.
The location and facilities are perfect for Business Visitors, able to access Cardiff city centre easily by car, bus or train.

 

Guest access

The property is detached and guests have full access over the two storeys, grassed area and the courtyard for secure off-road parking.

 

Interaction with guests

We live in the main house within the same grounds as the Coach House. We are therefore at hand to welcome you and provide any local information or assistance during your stay.

 

Other things to note

The property is fitted with emergency LED lighting, wired smoke and thermal detection/alert systems as well as a fire suppression sprinkler system.
